About the Artist

LindaARTIST STATEMENT
I enjoy creating in every medium of art. But my first love is oil painting. Putting words to how one feels about such a creative process is difficult because I find capturing on canvas the pure color combinations that exist in nature both illusive and gratifying at the same time. In my oil painting, I try to use the past great masters as inspiration to paint scenes which convey my hope and joy of living into the future.
